The account is the tool belt: files, orders, invoices, addresses. Duplicate upload spots (dashboard, media, cart) are on purpose. You start from wherever you are.

Upload a PDF. The system reads pages, count, color, and size. You pick paper, binding, and where it goes. The price builds in the order — the quote matches the sheets and pages, no guessing at the number of pages.

Ordering

  • One file or many (bulk)
  • Visible build of options before you pay
  • Notes to production – special instructions for your job
  • Your own PO #
  • Guest can price a file; account stores the library
  • Edit PDF – check and arrange pages (add, delete, arrange, merge)

Closest floor gets the job. In by 11 AM local, out that day.

Tracking

Status sits on the order. You don’t wait on a tracking email that landed in spam. Team seats see their jobs. The manager/admin sees the whole picture.

Shipping

Six floors. Ground covers most of the country in one or two days because of where we print, not because you bought overnight. Overnight options are there when the meeting is tomorrow.

Team accounts

Individual logins, one bill, job / PO / cost code, company-wide order list.

What’s next

Driving it all is underlying powerful technology.  Now, the backend BPP Portal powers integrations (API structure), tracking, real-time backend information, tracking, and Service communications.  The point is to keep each customer’s order on the move and ensure it is there when you need it.

Now:  BPP Portal, Customer Portal, tracking, team billing, price books enabled by deep tech.

Next: Procore / Autodesk connector into the same order — pull the sheets, place the job, no re-upload. Embedded app later.
